Sriram filed complaint against Mi Tv on Dec 16, 2018
On **-Oct-****, I have booked Mi Led Tv * Pro ** and made this purchase at MI Stores, installation was done on **-Oct-****, {delayed delivery} on the very first day their product was found to be faulty, it was remote which was not in a working condition and technician informed remote will be replaced with in * working days, and the remote replacement was happened on *-Dec-**** after repeated follow ups and on the same day, remote was not getting unpaired and technician confirmed you have received faulty Tv - might be some board issues and need to be repaired nearly around * months they have informed about the issue and i have hardly used this product as remote was not in working condition. I have requested for refund or either replacement which they have denied my request as their senior team informs its already passed * months, in the first case they haven't informed about the faulty TV - board issues - technicians never cared about the issue or either back end team. Till date **-Dec-**** - my issue remains the same and Tv is completely switched off.
