Team Voxya,
I made my purchase of the treadmill from www.sketra.com on July **, ****, and it arrived on August *, ****.
Within two months of purchasing the treadmill, I started experiencing problems.
I reported the issues to them on October **, ****, through all modes of communication, including customer support calls, Instagram support posts, and WhatsApp support chat, but I haven't received any response.
Since then, I have been patiently waiting from **-**-**** to **-**-****.
They make lame excuses for not having spare parts and also share false information on WhatsApp from their customer service team.
I made a complaint to consumerhelpline.gov.in on December **, ****.
They sent the inverter spare part on January **, ****, and I received it on January **, ****. Despite the technician's arrival on January **, ****, to replace the inverter part that they had sent, the treadmill is still not working.
I told them about it, and they said, 'Wait, give us some time."?
I am fed up with waiting. My family and I were subjected to mental harassment from **-**-**** to **-**-****.
Their product, service, and support have lost my faith, and I am no longer interested in their product.
I want them to take away their faulty treadmill and give me back the ₹**,*** I spent.
I need help from Voxya to get the refund.
