Sketra - Faulty item sent not fixed for 4 months not providing refund

Hi , i bought an elliptical on dec**rd ****. When the installer set it up for the first time it did not work .later upon multiple delays and wrong parts being sent the elliptical is still not fixed after * months . I asked them to provide a refund and take the elliptical back but they are refusing it .
