I have ordered mi ** Pro LED TV last month. Due to official work, I was outside and the installation was done taken care of my friend after that due to cyclone power disconnected in Odisha I never get time to check the
TV. While checking last week I found it was not working I raised a complaint and the technician told the motherboard is faulted. How a new television seems to be so problem orientated. I am surprised how they pass its quality check. Again while complaining to MI service centre they came and found still the TV not working. It's an issue with remote sensor. I have not even used it a single time and again and again, any problem arising. Technician saying contact Flipkart and Flipkart saying contact service centre. What is my fault, yes it's replacement time over but Flipkart finally understand that I was no in the situation to check the television What is the service Flipkart providing? Flipkart pasted me a faulty television that is the truth. Now after agree with the seller Flipkart ready to take back the television and refund me. It's been one week no one has contacted me and no technical support has arrived my home to take that away. They are delaying unnecessary which is causing my amount blocked more than one month. They need to expedite the process with my refund immediately.
