I purchased a beige RoyalOak sofa from Flipkart but they delivered a grey sofa. The sofa is an used product, has threads coming out of cushion and is extremely dirty. This is lying in my house since *th June. I am following up with FK since then but I get no responses, only waiting time - ** hours, ** hours and so on. I have tweeted several times, sent them at least ** emails but no response. All I want is the sofa to be replaced and this trauma to end. Please help me.
