I have recently purchased a product ( watch order id: OD******************) from Flipkart on the **th of April. It got delivered and to my surprise, I opened it was a faulty product. The dial was completely faded and not able to see the dial and this had white marks on the watch, which clearly indicates that this was a seal opened pack or else this was there delivery partners fault. Now when I approached them to return on the web-app, they refused to take it back stating it was our delivery partners fault and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. They themselves accepted that it is their delivery partners fault and they are still refusing it to take the product back.
After a week I got a mail stating your account is blocked due to highly unusual returns but the fact is there were only * orders of Rs. *** which were cancelled before approving in the system. When I asked them regarding this they don't have an answer and they found faulty on their part and they are not taking any step ahead to refund back the amount and take the product.
It has been more than ** days they are still prolonging this return and just trying to postpone without resolving the main issue, and the worst customer support team which doesn't listen to what customer is facing they simply have templated answer for every question. I request Flipkart on this platform, that if you have taken care of your own consumers, we would have not being on to the platform exposing your mistakes. Hoping this issue will be resolved on time.
