Purchased product voltas split ac **h szs aw, online on ** Jan **** from Amazon and delivered to me on *st Feb ****. It arrived at my home on *th Feb ****. From the first-day ac was not working. I filed faulty product complaint on *th Feb **** through Amazon portal and request refund on *th Feb **** through Amazon portal(within ** days). I got an irrelevant answer from Amazon portal. After *-* days I again filed the complaint through amazon portal for a refund. But this time they gave the reason that more than ** days from the sale cannot be replaced or refund.
I feel this type of cheating as given faulty product not solving. We are contacting voltas (supplier ) and Amazon. Nothing coming out. We are helpless to solve our problem. Please give working new product or refund our money. Also, pay for the trouble we suffered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
