Syed Danish Mufeez filed complaint against Voltas 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Ac on May 15, 2022
A faulty product provided by the company.
Within a span of just * Mo th the entire gas of the product got leaked and when the company technicians came they stated that the product is faulty and I should get a replacement asap. However, the local service provider is not helping in the matter and mentally harassing by saying that we will not replace the faulty product. The product is brand new bought on **/April/**** and the first complaint was raised on **/May/***.
The complaint ticket is already opened but no resolution provided yet.
