I had ordered a jersey with customised print at the back side. The print is faulty, thereby making the product unusable. The company 'Football Monk' has not provided a contact number for customer service, leaving Email as the only mode of communication for me, the customer. I have sent several emails to Football Monk outlining the issue in detail and attaching the necessary evidence (photos) of the fault in their product. But I haven't heard back from them. They have neither acknowledged the issue nor addressed it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
