After purchasing * ACs from voltas * ACs have not been functioning ever since their installation in January **** My repeated requests on phone and Emails regarding the issue has gone to the deaf ears .Even the senior authorities are also not concerned about their company's reputation. And the issue is hanging fires for past Ten months. Suffered the entire summer in acute hot season with so much of harassment, mental agony, inconvenience discomfort, disturbance and financial loss in getting the private persons check the faults in the underground pipeline. . After all hue and cry for almost ten months one senior official visited our site to discover faults in the two ACs and assured to send the replacement with the new ACs with a one year extended warrenty..which is not acceptable to me. as i also want in addition to what they are providing a good compensation for the concern over all the problems that we faced.
I approach the consumer forum to help the aggrieved customer with the suitable compensation amount for all the suffering and losses that we have borne with for none of our fault despite spending amount to have a comfortable summer.
