Subham Maharshi filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 10, 2021
I have ordered a Samsung Crystal *K Pro from Flipkart on **th Oct **** with Flipkart Big Diwali Sale offer and product was delivered to me on **st Oct. On *nd of Nov Samsung Installation Technician visited for installation and found the product have a faulty pannel then placed it back in cover. Post that another technician from Samsung came to inspect the issue and after finding the issue informed it will be returned as it has a faulty pannel.
From that day to till today (* days) I have been calling Flipkart daily and requesting for a return and refund of my money but unfortunately till date they are just keep on delaying it stating it will be resolved in next **Hrs. Not sure when their **HRs going to get over.
Till today evening I was seeing in App it was showing product pending return and now suddenly status changed to return rejected.
Looks like my hard earned money is getting wasted here with a mistake of purchasing product from Flipkart.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
