I had purchased HP Probook ****s battery. At the end, I received a faulty product which didn't give me backup as expected. When I checked its serial number in HP website, it was showing about another product of HP.
I raised complaint by mailing support team of laptopgallery. They asked to mail the product to their address which is at Ahmedabad. After I dispatched the product, I mailed them regarding all the details of the transit. After the item got successfully delivered to them, I didn't get any response from laptopgallery. I even called and messaged via whatsapp to the number mentioned by laptopgallery. He told that he will get back. Its been so many days, even today if i call or message, there is totally no response.
I will be issuing them legal notice regarding this for cheating consumers like this.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
