Laptopgallery.in - Faulty battery delivered

I have purchased (COD) Dell battery on **th October, ****. It was delivered **th. The battery was faulty . Not charging. They have instructed many way to charge it. But doesn't work. Now i want to return it. Their web site saying easy return. But they asked me to send the battery through speed post. And they will replace. No where written this return policy. They should pick the product when request for return. Surprisingly they didn't make the order as delivered in thire website. But it was delivered. Please help me to get this return. We are not in position to do speed post and send. They are not replying when do whats up. Not picking the call.
