Myntra Com - Faulty product

I bought a khaki Madame jacket from myntra. There is problem with the zip. Jacket came with wrong Tag . Tag is showing a green Madame sweater price ****.I lodged complain on **th december they asked me bar code of the product and ensured me to resolve it by **th and now they are refusing to accept the return .
