I purchased ola s* x on **st june **** and got delivery on **rd june **** and by very next day I am facing problems in this vehicle.
*. Brakes - Brake gets jammed randomly at any moment and cant move scooter. Sometimes scooter can be moved if I push brake lever forward (opposite direction of normal braking). Other time when in traffic after halt when I start to move and when I accelerate, vehicle doesnt move eventually, but suddenly after some time scooter moves ahead with big jerk which can cause a fatal accident.
*. Software issue - causes countinous and automatic horn untill scooter is on. After ** ** mins on ride horn stops automatically and I find that horn is not working hereafter.
*. Problem in modes - sometime while riding when I start my ola scooter it automatically starts in eco mode and cannot be switched to any other mode. Sometime when I upgrade riding mode to normal or sports mode I cant descend the mode unless I switch off and restart my vehicle.
*. Sometime even after switching off the scooter and after removing the key I can find scooter is on and can be ridden without key attached to it.
*. Seat lock is not working. Cant lock seat. Iys open all the time and cant keep any valuable in boot space.
For all these problems I visited ola service centre at belapur (Navi Mumbai Maharashtra) thrice sice the day of purchase i.e * visits within ** days of purchase. On third visit they asked me to drop my vehicle at service centre and gave me * contact number to connect to know the status of my vehicle repair.
I regret to inform both numbers never responded and still no update from service centre.
While surrendering my vehicle for repair to service centre, I asked them about any reference number of my vehicle under repair if they have? But they failed to give me any reference / complain id and told me to leave vehicle without any details.
I even asked any complain / feedback register if they have for me to connect with higher authority. They refused to give me any of these.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
