My husband ordered redmi * pro from Flipkart and received on **thjuly **** from Ahmedabad.. product is defective and having problem of echo voice. Flipkart cart replaced the product and send another mobile which is again defective.. whenever I call someone everyone is hearing his or her own voice.
Again and again I called Flipkart for refund but they gave fake promises till today and they never take any steps
Technician which they have send he is also very rude and not able to solve the problem
Flipkart promised to solve it ...still today it is not solved
I feel frustrated and tensed...for my mental harassment Flipkart is responsible
