I bought Lenovo IP*** **DE**H**IN ** Notebook from Vipra Infotech, St Inez, Panaji in **** when I was working for Information Department. Since then I chnged the keyboard on three occasions, Panel on one occasion and screen once. I am very much dissapointed with the product. At this point the product is at the authorised service centre. My son and are using laptops purchased before me from other companies but are working fine. I am a journalist and you will appreciate constant working is important to me. Kindly apprise the company about the same and my sentiments
