I bought a lenovo laptop in December **** for my * year old son to take online classes, however i got a faulty laptop. Teacher of my son is not able to hear him at all. I raised couple of tickets to Lenovo service center and they are saying the laptop is working fine and there is problem with the Zoom and advised me to contact zoom customer care. My son is having the same issue while having online classes through a different platform (other than Zoom)
My son is successfully able to take classes if he is using a different HP laptop which shows that there is some problem with the Lenovo laptop itself but the company is not agreeing to it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
