I was delivered a laptop which didn’t work even for a single day. The windows was **** version and they said it will work after upgrading. It still didn’t work, now they are saying get RAM updated by paying more but the laptop is new with no data so how is *GB RAM not even enough to simply do word assignments for a school student. They are not ready to send a person to check the laptop even though we bought an extended on site warranty
