I purchased a laptop on */**/**** (* days back from today) from Reliance Digital, and the laptop is creating very loud fan noise as I opened the laptop. I did not do any work still. I just opened it to download necessary apps like chrome and all. But it creates a fan noise and stops automatically. I have not adjusted name password even yet. Highly disappointed. Felt like, faulty piece has been given to me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
