2 Gud - Faulty item delivered

I order mi A* refurbished mobile from * Gud, but the mobile display is not properly fitted. I apply for the refund and his technician also check it and update the issue. After some time my refund is rejected. I contact * Gud customer care. They said that you applied for replacement so I apply request for a replacement. He gives me technician no but he did not come. After * days replacement is also cancelled. Again I call the * Gud and I say that your technician not came. But after * gud employees said you can open an item from the outside market and all and again cancel my replacement.
