I bought my whirlpool fridge in october ****, After *, months water leakage started from the back of the fridge, till today (**-**-****) around ** service requests have been registered, around ** visits have been done by their engineers, first visit - they told me to change the stand and get AMC for future , new stand was bought from whirlpool and installed and AMC was bought , second visit - he told me doors of the fridge needs to be adjusted, doors were adjusted by him. , third visit - he told me to not to keep anything on the fridge, all small toys were removed from the fridge, fourth visit - he adjusted the back tank and installed that tank * inches above its original place, Fifth visit - he told me not to keep steel bottles (which were of only * litres) , bottles were removed. In the end on every visit he told me to remove that fridge and keep that fridge near the main door of my house, I denied to do that as it was not possible to do that as there were no switches for the fridge, In the end they neither respond to my calls neither showed any interest on services requests registered by me. After struggling for * months I tried to call head of service team he told me we will provide you replacement of fridge. I received a call for replacement , I asked him that you will give me the same fridge na, he answerd and told me that it is different and informed me about the model which he was going to deliver me. I tried to search that model but it was not easy to search it as it was obsolete model of whirlpool and it was of blue color , which me and my parents were not like fridge of blue colour. I have also requested to Area Manager from folded hands but he was rude and he told me to either accept that obsolete model of whirlpool or to put a case against whirlpool. I also told me that my mother is senior citizen and she has to do mopping for the whole day because of this fridge and I have one year old daughter and I cannnot make her understand for not playing near the fridge because of fridge as any mishappening can happen in that slippery surface. But he denied to do anything and told me ki aapko jo karna hain karlo.
