Eurekaforbs water purifier - Faulty filters installed for Aquaguard ro

I have bought the Annual Maintenance Charge for my aqua guard ro filter on * June by paying the amount of ****. The technician installed faulty filters, as he was not carrying the TDS meter with him I couldn't check the water quality. I bought a TDS meter myself and found out that the quality of the water is below par. I raised a complaint by sending and email to Deepa.Customercare@eurekaforbes.co.in on ** Aug. The service technician (the same guy who installed faulty filters ) came ** Aug changed one filter requested me to flush the filter once and check and he left. I did as told and the TDS reading was still the same. I called him up again on ** also escalated by sending an email to ceo@eurekaforbes.co.in, he came changed another filter asked me to flush and check and he left. Again I did and this time the TDS reading increased to ***. Again I called him and he said that the filter unit has to be sent to the lab to check. He collected the unit on ** Aug and till date there is no update. Every time the technician says he will bring tomorrow and getting a standard response on Twitter say my number is not reachable, which is blatant lie.
