My aquaguard water purifier stopped working around **/**/****, so I booked a service. I did not have AMC, but I was ready to pay service fees of Rs. *** as I did not have complaints of water tasting bad or anything. The call center guys and the service agents pushed me to the limits to renew my AMC, so I did thinking it'll resolve the issue soon. I had read reviews online so I was skeptical. As expected, the service agent changed the filters and he said the issue is resolved, however, the RO stopped working the same evening. I complained again and the service agent visited * days later only to tell me that the PCB is not working and we have to order a new one. He promised to get it changed the next day, but since then I have been waiting. My service requests automatically get resolved without anyone visiting and we have been buying bottled water since then. No calls or chat is going to help. I know they'll only contact me next year to renew the AMC. Pathetic is not the word for such cheap practices.
