Hi team,
Due to the ongoing issue regarding the faulty device supplied to me and replacement not sent I would like to cancel your services.
Summary of what went wrong
Somewhere around * weeks ago tab won't turn on so I reported this to the mentor then Noor who advised me will arrange for a replacement.
* days later person from your logistic team showed up at my place and asked for the faulty device and gave me *-* days time for replacement.I asked him for the trackinlabel which he applied on the device before leaving but he refused.
Spoke to Noor * days later and she advised replacement has been issued and shows as pending status and was advised to download the app in the interim.
Later mentor was changed to Samiksha and she advised no replacement has been issued as the device i sent can't be traced and I advised her my situation regarding it as mentioned above.
Spoke to multiple people since then and I have been passed from pillar to post.
Hence as per my discussion with Pratyush would like to cancel the services going forward
