Huawei - Faulty device delivered and cancels my replacement.

i bought a mobile from hi honor website from huawei. Those people gave faulty mobile it is causing me charging issues and when I told them these difficulties, those people did not help. they told me to visit service center and when I showed them the mobile, then the they told me that I got the wrong invoice, the same invoice i got from honor store and they did not help me with that. so after this I called customer care but they cut my call saying our senior executive will call you and i haven't received any call from them in ** hours.And finally after all this i decided to go for replacement as honor store have ** days return policy but when i requested for replacement they just canceled it three times.Now i can't go anywhere so i want your help.i want a replacement for my device or refund.i have a invoice copy of my device and recordings of charging issues.
