I have purchased a Honor * Pro mobile on my brother name from flipkart in Aug ****, after delivery of this Mobile i will use for few days and notice a camera fault in the device, and I will raise a replacement of mobile to flipkart, firstly they will reject replacement after the argument they will agree to replacement. After receiving of replacement mobile i will use it for * days now I will found the battery backup problem and again place a replacement , now the flipkart team send a technician, the technician simply use the mobile for ** mins and certify that the mobile is good condition, based on technician report flipkart team reject the replacement. I don't know how the technician certify the product with in ** mins of usage even though my * days usage is waste against his ** mins use.
As per product specifications the battery backup is *.** days under heavy usage. even though the manual is not mention the conditions are apply word.
