This is the second time that I have received a faulty product from Tata Cliq and that too on arrival. The first time it took ** days of pain and headache and continuous calls on a daily basis to get my faulty ac replaced. I am really fed up of Tata Cliq they seem to have piled up the stock of faulty products and then they harass their customers by replying "We will contact you in ** hours" this keeps on happening for many days. My money is struck neither have I got my AC neither they are refunding my money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
