AC not cooling , a complaint was rasied on **th on March , * ton AC , Marq by Flipkart brand, from then they are not able to rectify the issue, They send team to repair but not able to repair and then after repeated mails , endless calls their answer remains same, "Your issue has been escalated to the concerned team due to delay in repair services. We request you to allow us further ** hours to get a call from concerned team". After waiting for ** hours also no resolution. AC still not working after ** days. Now on top of it their customer care on call is saying your case has been cancelled on **th June as the service Centre handling that has closed down.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
