I have purchased an Inverter A.C. worth Rs **,*** on **/**/**** model no. LS*****FI with serial no NAGKG**B***** NAGKG**B*****.
From purchase to till date I had made * complaints and the latest complaint no. is HIL************. Under the first complaint, air leakage was there. And under the last complaint, the same problem is there. I have also contacted service person for replacement of currently damaged AC. They are not replacing. I have a complaint to National Consumer Helpline with Complaint No. ******. If they are not interested in replacing my AC. I want my money back with interest in wasting my time and my money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
