Voltas Beko - Fault Refrigerator

Voltas Beko Refrigerator door bent on its own and air is leaking. Complaint registered in June and its August now. Engineers came on site to replace the door but the one they bought was also defective so we did not accept it. Now its been * months since no action has been taken. Customer care refused to provide me with registered office address as I want to send legal notice to them. My registered mobile number with Voltas Beko is **********.
