I have purchased DTH internet TV box, airtel team said it is a *k tv, I have a *k tv.. it should support *k resolution, but I can select only max ****p from the box, but when I tested with airtel xtream my tv and box are in sync to *k.
I communicated the same to Airtel DTH saying the internet box is not giving *k resolution.
but airtel team dropped a mail my tv is not a *k, but VUtv team has dropped a mail saying its a *k,
now airtel is asking me to upgrade to xtream paying extra amount or else degrade to HD, when I paid *k fro them last year why should i pay more for their defect product.
they have my wasted my valuable time in the last *o days, ** plus engineer visited they haven't resolved the issue.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
