I had placed an order for Fastag and have made payment to airtel bank on **/Oct/****. Product is not yet processed and not delivered to me. I have been personally following up with airtel but no response yet. I need refund since i have purchased Fastag from another vendor. Poor customer service.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
