I ordered a pair of gym gloves and for the last * days i am receiving message updates about failed delivery attempts. Snapdeal didn't provide me with track id, neither I know which courier service they have parcelled through, nor did I receive any phone calls in any of the phone numbers provided. I update the delivery time details and again everyday its the same. The last day for delivery is **/**/**, i.e., today. They are not responding to mails even and talking to consumer executive ia impossible in case of snapdeal.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
