Railway - FALSE TDR REPUDIATE

This is really depressing that even I have not travelled tha train and put TDR as train was late by more than * hours on **.**.**** kaifiyat express(*****) for return of my money though my request has been cancelled reason I have travelled which is false. At the same time , I have booked ticket through Zingbus and travelled through bus, may be TT has has given seat to another person or whatever. I have all the related proofs with me.
