Homelane - False promises

I have submitted initial amount on ** March **** and I observed after taking payment nobody will show interest on your work even nobody will reply on created group. Immediately I have raised refund process and everybody calling me and convinced this will never happen again. After some time, design discussion happened but in between designer take leave for * months. I was ok but once she back nobody informs me, I had to take follow up and start again the phase. Again, designer left, and they do the same thing, but this time designer did not come. Now I convinced Home lane is a fraud company. They just do promises but not completed nothing else. I am totally fed-up I need my money back.
