Skill Lync and Eduvanz - False promise on job and pushed me on dept trap

I have been joined as a student after my UG where the sales employee forced me join and her speech was convincing which pushed me into this whole trap of skill lynx and Eduvanz.
After joining the course fee was *lakh overall they told for me the scholarship provided and the end fee was *.*lakh overall.
I don’t have the money there where the skill lync approached me with finance bank which is third party company doesn’t have nothing to do with skill lync.
After my course completion it’s *yr now till now I don’t get any placements or neither I could cancel the course since they told there is no cancellation policy.
False promise on students and now I have to pay even though I don’t to continue anymore. This is whole fraudent company.
Every month Eduvanz loan employee call and harass me to repay with enormous late fee and interest rates. I’m going to give police complain against two companies today.
