I purchased a Lenovo Legion * Ryzen * gen * (****H) through Lenovo Indian website with the guidance of Sales advisor mrs. Swapnika ( Contact no +************) on **th of September **** ,
ORDER NO -**********
When i was adding the laptop to the cart i had an option to take extended warranty for * additional years for Rs.**** .but when i asked the sales advisor right before the purchase if i can upgrade the warranty later and not during the purchase ,i was told that i can get the same benefit of warranty extension for the same discounted price which is Rs **** if i upgrade my warranty anytime within ** days of the purchase.
Later after the purchase with the guidance of the same advisor i tried to extend my warranty on **th of October **** by following the steps instructed by the sales advisor . And the warranty extension for Rs **** was rejected on **th of October ****.

I Have been in constant touch with my Sales advisor Mrs Swapnika after this problem for which i haven't received any remedy on how to get this warranty extension done for the same discounted price which is running on buyalenovo. i have even contacted with the sales supervisor Mr Zeeshan Anees ( **********). for which i havent received any response from the supervisor as well.
