On **th of July I have paid *** in total towards hathway broadband ***rs was charged for shifting to a new location and additional ***rs was paid so that they can activate the plan. After the payment was made they confirmed that my new location was not feasible the router was collected over a month ago I have made multiple calls to customer care spoke to managers who promised me a refund how ever there is no resolution yet customer service people have made me go through hell in regards to this disconnecting my calls every time I am trying to get a solution to this.
As I was in anon feasible location the wifi service was never used and multiple people have promise a refund and never got it and when I call them I am being disconnected every time
I would really appreciate if this can be looked into.
