Kity kart - False Product send and asking Banking Details

These guys call *** times to confirm if we will accept the order since it is COD, they send wrong product and when requested for refund they ask Banking details for Google pay transfer which is not mandatry when I raised a concern I wont share Banking Details, the person started speaking very badly on call and disconnect and threatened he wont take accept return request.
