I had ordered a "EverBelt(Buy One Get One Offer), Black, Rs. ***.**" from your store on **th March on COD and today
I received it after making the payment of Rs ***/- to the delivery guy.
Upon opening the product I found that you people have cheated me, and send me a brown red colour normal belt with pin and holes, insted of my Ever belt auto lock type, black colour. So I mailed them that that you take back your false item and refund me the money but the mail id i.e. hello@kitykart.com is closed and mail is not delivered at all after repeated attempt.
When I searched for their customerc care number and called they are asking my bank account details to refund my money. I am afraid they are the scammers and doing fraud throug internet. I want to take strict action against these people.
