this is an serious issue , i was informed by your app that car was in my location but it wasn't in that location then contacted customer care service for help, they have informed me the exact location which was ** km away from my home when i went there for car pickup it wasn't opening but his owner provided me the car key .
and they asked me to drop the car at his location which was at dum dum park ...i delivered the car in time but inspection option was not opening that time so i handed over the car to the owner and took some pictures from my phone and asked the owner to check a car from his side, after his approval that everything was ok i went out from there.
AND AFTER TWO DAYS I AM GETTING THIS MESSAGE THAT I HAD FINE ...
WHY SHOULD I PAY A FINE IF YOU GUYS ARE PUTTING WRONG PICKUP ADDRESS, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
