They show me a false outstanding payment and when I tried to tell them about it on their help service, they totally ignored me. They charge ** rupees for my cab cancellation but in actual when the app was searching for driver nearby me, the Uber fails to confirm the driver and told me that there is no Uber driver nearby me. So I took another mean of transport meanwhile they booked a cab and that's why I have to cancel it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
