Pl. note that all the payments have been done even before due date.
There is no difference between payable credit & debit amount. Even after timely payment, outstanding amount not updated.
Repeated mail to HDFC officials to share details of late payment, if any, against which outstanding amount is appearing, not responded with details.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
