I ordered a pack of * Lycra pants for ₹***, but I received only * pieces. The product quality is extremely poor, stitching is defective, and it does not match the description (missing back pocket as shown while ordering).
This is clearly a case of wrong and misleading product delivery. I do not want a replacement.
I request a full refund of ₹*** at the earliest. Please arrange for return pickup if required.
If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue to the consumer forum.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
