Fruzis fashion - Unable yo return the parcel received

I wish to lodge a complaint regarding the product delivered under Order ID BA*****. I received the item, namely Lycra Men's Track Pants, for which I paid ₹*** (Cash on Delivery).

The quality of the product received is not as described or advertised at the time of purchase. The material and overall finish are of inferior quality and do not match the product representation provided by your company.

I have attempted to initiate a return and refund, but I have been unable to do so due to the lack of a proper return mechanism and response from your end. This is unacceptable and amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.

I hereby request you to arrange for the return pickup of the product and process a full refund of ₹*** within * days of receiving this complaint.
