Simplilearn - False information

I was informed by learning consultant that in the fees of **,***, i will get * exam vouchers and a physical book from ec-council. based on the input, i have booked for classes on **-Dec-**, now since then learning consultant has not responded. On **-Jan-**, i approached customercare and then to escalation team, since **-Jan-**, they are replying, we are checking. I asked for refund whuich they denied stating that even classes has not started, policy states that max * days for refund. One more point to add is that classes were scheduled from **-Jan-**, and so i was correct in the capacity as i have not taken any services so refund to be made.
Sorry but would not recommend simplilearn to anyone.
