I applied for the Club Mahindra Membership on **th Sep and was informed that there would be no Annual Maintenance Charges, as that would be taken care by Relationship Manager, However during the confirmation call, the person notified that that Every member have to pay the charges and Relationship manager wont come into picture.
I rejected the membership on the call and was informed that i would receive the call from Branch, Till date i haven't received any call, I spoke with RM Supervisor Deepak Sharma, he was rude and sd there wont be any cancellation confirmation before ** days, and i have to wait for those thirty days.
Yesterday i received a message from Club Mahindra with activation details of my Membership without my concern. You cant get in touch with there customer service people, no ways of forwarding your complaints.
