Make My Trip - False commitments and Lies

Makemytrip agents namely, Jitendra Keswani (from sales team) and Rajat Kucheria (from operations team) are not capable of handling customers and with such individuals Makemytrip can never grow further.

Mr. Jitendra Keswani, lied to me, He told me that I can use the vehicle to go to Ooty lake and local markets even though it is not there in the itinerary.
Mr. Rajat Kucheria, what should i tell about this fellow,
*. the first call I received from him, I told him that I am in a hospital and please call me later, but he did not, he was so engrossed in his work that he wanted my address details at that time only and he even wanted me to review his services.
*. then when in the next call I asked him about the commitments that Jitendra made, Mr. Rajat had no idea about it and after that he asked me(the customer) to call Jitendra and ask Jitendra to call him to confirm that Jitendra had made a commitment, means he wanted me to do the coordination, which he was supposed to do. He couldn't even do a conference call with Jitendra, him and I.
*. He just sent a mail to Jitendra, and got a response after my trip started, that to a negative response. Means Jitendra said he has not committed anything and Mr. Rajat agreed and gave me the same information. And proved that I am a Liar and Jitendra is telling the truth.

One more character was there Mr. Robin, he was also as useless as 'ueue' in 'Queue'.

Every time I had to follow up with them for the updates, they never called me on committed times.

I am giving a * rating because the Driver, Ooty hotel was good and I had no problem with the vouchers.
