Clinic dermatech - False commitments

I Kamaljeet hereby want to say that I have been your customer from the last year, in total I have paid around * lakh for laser sittings. Having all the proofs and evidences, I am completely dissatisfied with the Amritsar team when the company wants payment I got multiple calls but now when I call them for my appointments or next sittings they don't even bother they just ignore the message or calls they didn't give me the receipt for the money which I paid now the staff is giving different statements. Completely dissatisfied with this company. Is this the way customer is dealt with? I have given false commitments one staff is saying your this much sittings are left another one says different. When taking the session the untrained staff leaves razor cuts or they don't even bother for pimples and on the complaint of same nobody bothers. Besides this, while doing laser majority of the area they leave as it is as they are in a hurry. My question is Why do you give appointment when you guys don't have enough time.
